Day 1

OK...So I just figured out this whole blog thing...never done one before..Im outta the loop :) But anyhoo...today's my FIRST day! Going to the gym tonight to get going on the work out... By the way, when are you all working out? Morning or evening? Does it really matter what time you do it? I also havent done my fitness test yet..but will do soon. Im curious to see how I rank :/ So far today...Im due for a snack and am definitely excited about that cuz breakfast just didnt cut it for me. Have ya lost any so far Chausse? Your going into week 2 right? Well good luck..this little experiment was a good idea. I keep telling myself...its only 30 days!!! -Suck it Up- :) Game is on! :) Well...Ill get back to you and tell you how my first couple days go. Oh and Chausse, you said that you were under approx. 150 calories at the end of one of your days....isn't it ok to vary within a 100 calories? I thought I read that in the book somewhere. Ill look it over again. -Jenee

  1. In my first week I lost 5lbs. I don't really count those because I'm sure it is mostly water. Just cuz I was eating so bad before. It is fine to vary on your calories a little but you should NEVER go under 1200. And I was under that.
