Getting Started


Most of you should have this book by now. If you don't I am leaving my copy at the Gym for anyone to use but you must leave it at the gym!
If anyone wants to post their before pictures on here, by all means, please do! I am not going to because I am chicken. Surely there are some of you who are better than I am, so post away!
I started today, Monday, May 4th. It is going good so far but I am only into it 6 hours ;). The workout was awesome! I think it was a little easier than I was expecting so I am going to have to up my weight. So far the diet is going good because I have only had breakfast and there aren't many temptations in the first few hours of the day, so we will see how I actually do!

  1. I am excited to get started next Monday the 11th. It puts me done on my kids' last day of school- I am planning on starting the summer out right:) I am doing the testing this week so that I can compare my end stats with where I started. Parts of this look way hard, but I am ready to raise the bar and push myself....bring it, Jillian!!
