Alright ladies you are all doing so well!! So I'm weighing myself on Mondays. So when I weighed in on Monday I had lost 5lbs. Now I don't count that as real weight. The reason is because I hadn't been eating very well so I'm sure that it is mostly water.
I see that we are all having issues with our calories. I want you all to remeber that you should NEVER go under 1200 calories. It is very unhealthly!! That is when you start to lose muscle. I know that paart of the 5lbs that I lost was muscle because I didn't have mny calories right. So it is very important to get that right.
I have to tell you that day #8 and 9 were KILLERS!! My quads are still sore! Thank goodness today is a day off :) Keep it up girls were are going to look smokin HOT!!!
